Sunderland Council Taster Massages

Totally Tranquil Physiotherapy has just completed a back care awareness roadshow with Sunderland City Council. As part of their staff Wellness Scheme we have been providing free taster massages in the work place to some lucky council staff. This was to promote staff health and well-being as well as provide education and advice on computer set up and exercises for the workplace.
